All work is project based and quoted after a free consultation. We do not publish fixed prices, because scope varies significantly between projects. Every engagement is quoted after scoping.

1. Free consultation call, where you describe what is not working
2. Scoping, where we map the systems involved and define what is in and out
3. A fixed written quote, with no hourly surprises
4. The build, with visible milestones
5. Launch, training and handover
6. Ongoing support from the same team

## What drives scope on a payment integration
- Which gateway, and whether it is already live
- Number of payment methods and currencies
- Whether reconciliation goes into Odoo, another ERP or accounting software
- Whether refunds, partial payments and split settlements are needed
- The existing platform: WooCommerce, custom site, Odoo or a custom portal

## What drives scope on an Odoo project
- Number of modules and users
- How much data has to migrate, and what condition it is in
- Custom modules or reports required
- Integrations with payments, banks or existing systems
- Whether it is a fresh implementation, a migration or a version upgrade

## What a quote includes
Scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, and what is excluded, such as third party gateway fees, hosting and Odoo licences.
