These Terms of Use govern your use of the website tijaratech.ae, operated by Tijara Tech FZE ("Tijara Tech", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The Tijara Tech name, logo, written content and page designs belong to Tijara Tech FZE unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without our permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the website belong to their respective owners.

## 5. Enquiries, consultations and proposals

Submitting an enquiry or attending a consultation does not commit either side to a project. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms require a separate written agreement before work begins.

## 6. Payment integrations and licensed providers

Where we describe payment integration work, that work connects a client's systems to a payment provider chosen and contracted by the client. Tijara Tech is not a payment gateway, payment processor, card network or financial institution, and we do not process or hold customer funds. Payment processing and custody of funds remain with the licensed provider under the client's own arrangement.

## 7. Third-party links and services

The website links to external platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content or practices.
