If you are looking for an AI automation company in Dubai, the search results are full of lists, and almost every list is written by one of the companies on it. This one is too. We are Tijara Tech, we are on this list, and we have said so up front rather than in the small print.
What we have tried to do differently is be useful. Instead of a ranking that happens to put the author first, this guide groups six Dubai companies by what each one is actually suited to, using what each company says about itself on its own website. We put ourselves first because it is our website. The rest are in no particular order.
How we chose these companies
Every company here meets four tests:
- It has a presence in the UAE, and every company except us lists a street address on its own website.
- It names AI or business automation as a service, not just as a word on the homepage.
- It describes concretely what it automates, rather than promising transformation.
- It is the kind of firm a small or mid size UAE business could realistically hire.
We have not worked with the other five and cannot vouch for their delivery. The descriptions below come from their own websites as of October 2026. Before you hire anyone, including us, ask for two client references you can actually call.
The six companies
1. Tijara Tech
Who we are: a Dubai team, licensed in the UAE as Tijara Tech FZE.
What we automate: work that has to touch your accounting, ERP or payments. Supplier invoice capture into Odoo, payment gateway settlement reconciliation, order and stock sync between a website and an ERP, and WhatsApp status updates to customers. We build on n8n, Make and Microsoft Power Automate, with the OpenAI and Claude APIs where the input varies, and custom Python or Odoo modules where a platform is not enough.
Best for: small and mid size businesses whose automation has to land correctly in the books, not just move data between apps.
Not the right choice for: computer vision, large enterprise AI programmes, or building a consumer mobile app. Several companies below do those things and we would point you to them.
2. Code Brew Labs
Where: Level 18, Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road, according to its website.
What it offers: generative AI features such as chatbots built on OpenAI, Gemini and Claude, Arabic and English chatbots, AI agents, document processing with OCR, robotic process automation, predictive models and computer vision.
What it is mainly known for: mobile app development, along with custom software, web platforms and marketplace apps.
Best for: businesses that want AI built into a new app or customer facing product, especially where a mobile app is part of the plan.
3. Arcitech
Where: Dtec, Building A5, Dubai Silicon Oasis, according to its website. It also lists offices in the United States and India.
What it offers: business process automation, marketing and sales automation, conversational AI avatars and AI recruitment tools, plus AI integration and industrial AI automation.
Best for: marketing, sales and recruitment workflows, where much of the work is customer or candidate communication.
4. Digital Cubic
Where: Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, with a second office in Sharjah, according to its website.
What it offers: custom business systems, customer portals and AI workflows for operations heavy businesses. Its examples include reading invoices, forms and contracts and checking them against existing records, answering questions from a company’s own documents with the source shown, and routing exceptions to a person.
What it is mainly known for: its stated deepest experience is in construction and real estate. It also builds its own products.
Best for: construction, real estate and other document heavy operations that want a custom system rather than an off the shelf platform.
5. Vectra Technologies
Where: Al Qusais, Dubai, according to its website.
What it offers: automation of repetitive work across sales, finance, operations and service using workflow platforms, APIs and AI agents, Power BI analytics, Odoo implementation and migration, and UAE e-invoicing readiness.
Best for: businesses that want Odoo and automation from one firm. In shape it is the company on this list closest to us, so it is worth comparing the two directly.
6. SISGAIN
Where: Quarter Deck, Queen Elizabeth 2, Mina Rashid, Dubai, according to its website. It also lists offices in Canada and India.
What it offers: AI strategy and roadmaps, generative AI assistants and copilots, AI agents, enterprise search over company documents, business intelligence, predictive analytics and AI governance.
Best for: larger organisations that need an AI strategy, internal knowledge search or copilots for staff, rather than one specific workflow fixed.

What about the very large players?
At the other end of the market, G42, the Abu Dhabi based AI group founded in 2018, and the global systems integrators work at government and enterprise scale. If you are a national organisation or a large group running a multi year programme, that is the right conversation. If you are a business of ten to two hundred people trying to stop someone retyping invoices, it is usually not.
How to choose between them
Most automation projects that disappoint did not fail technically. They automated the wrong thing, or they were built by a team that did not understand where the data ends up. These questions separate the companies above quickly.
What do you want automated, exactly? If you cannot name the job in one sentence, start there before you speak to anyone. Our method for picking it is in what to automate first in a UAE business.
Where does the result have to land? An automation that ends in your accounting system needs a team that understands VAT, TRNs and reconciliation. One that ends in a customer chat needs a team that understands conversation design and Arabic. These are different skills, and the companies above lean different ways.
Who maintains it afterwards? Ask what happens when an app updates its connection or a new exception appears. A workflow that only the builder can fix is a dependency, not an asset. The platform choice matters here too, which we cover in n8n vs Make vs Zapier for UAE businesses.
Where does your data go? Ask which platforms and AI models they will use and where each one stores data. Some cloud automation platforms do not host in the UAE at all. If you have a reason to keep data in the country, raise it before anything is built.
Will a person still approve the risky steps? Anything that spends money, commits to a customer or is hard to reverse should keep a human approval. A team that wants to remove every person from the loop is selling the brochure, not the system. We explain why in automating supplier invoice entry.
Can you speak to a client? Not a logo wall. A person, on a call, who used the thing for six months.
What AI automation usually costs
We will not quote figures for other companies, and our own depend on scope. What we can say is how pricing is usually shaped. A single well defined automation is normally a fixed price project with a small monthly fee for hosting and support afterwards. Larger programmes are often a monthly retainer. Platform and AI usage costs are separate and depend on volume, so ask every company to estimate them for your real numbers before you compare quotes.
Common questions
Is this list sponsored?
No. Nobody paid to appear, and we have no affiliate arrangement with any company named. We are on the list because we wrote it, and we have said so at the top.
Why are you first?
Because it is our website. The order after that is not a ranking, and we do not claim to be better than the others for every job. The section on each company says where we think it fits best, including where we do not.
What is the difference between AI automation and ordinary automation?
Ordinary automation follows fixed rules: when this happens, do that. AI is useful when the input varies, such as reading invoices that all look different or sorting messages written in free text. Most real projects are mostly rules with AI doing one specific job in the middle.
Can a small business afford AI automation?
Often, yes, if the first project is small and targeted. One automation that removes a few days of manual work a month usually pays for itself quickly. An attempt to automate everything at once usually does not.
Do any of these companies work outside Dubai?
Most work across the UAE, and several have offices abroad. Ask each one whether the team doing your work is based in the UAE or offshore, because it affects meetings, time zones and who you can sit down with when something goes wrong.
If your automation has to touch your accounting, ERP or payments, our AI automation page explains how we work.
